Return of the Pumpkin People !
Combine human creativity and Mother Nature’s Fall colors and you have the makings of a GREAT excursion! The Return of the Pumpkin People is an annual event held in Jackson, NH every October. Using live pumpkins, local businesses and individuals dream up creative scenes and display them for all to see. The topics vary but often depict humorous current events.
Started in 1985 by two businessmen looking to draw ‘leaf peeper’ traffic into town, the Pumpkin People now have 75 participants in Jackson and nearby communities.
Come join the adventure of tracking down each scene and viewing these humorous displays. Scenes are changed each year so it’s always fun to return. And there are a large number of Fall activities and scenery to enjoy while you’re here as you will see in this 28 page e-Guide!!
